Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
BRADO CONSULTING, LLC is committed to delivering professional consulting services with transparency, integrity, and a client-first approach. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered for consulting services rendered. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this policy.
1. Nature of Consulting Services
BRADO CONSULTING, LLC provides highly customized, intellectual, and advisory-based professional services. Each engagement is uniquely tailored to the specific needs, objectives, and circumstances of the client. Due to the bespoke and knowledge-intensive nature of our consulting work, refunds are not automatically available and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The time, expertise, and resources invested in each engagement begin at the commencement of the project, and this policy reflects the professional standards of the consulting industry.
2. Deposits and Retainers
Initial deposits, onboarding fees, and retainer payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced or once the engagement has been formally initiated. These payments compensate for the time invested in scoping, planning, resource allocation, and preliminary advisory work. The specific refundability of deposits and retainers will be outlined in the written service agreement executed at the start of each engagement. Clients are encouraged to review their service agreement carefully before making any payments.
3. Project Cancellation
Clients requesting cancellation of a consulting engagement must submit written notice to BRADO CONSULTING, LLC via email at services@bradoconsultingllc.com. Refund eligibility upon cancellation is determined by the following factors:
- The stage of the project at the time of cancellation
- The volume and nature of work already completed and delivered
- Contractual obligations and payment milestones specified in the service agreement
- Any third-party costs or commitments incurred on behalf of the client
- The notice period provided prior to the cancellation request
Work completed prior to the cancellation notice will be billed at the applicable rate and is not eligible for refund. Any unused portion of a prepaid retainer may be considered for credit or partial refund at our discretion.
4. Service Dissatisfaction
We are committed to delivering high-quality consulting services that meet or exceed client expectations. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly and promptly so that we may address your concerns. Our team will work diligently to understand the issue and explore reasonable remedies, which may include additional advisory sessions, revised deliverables, or other appropriate resolutions. Refunds based on service dissatisfaction are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed absent a material failure to deliver agreed-upon services.
5. Billing Disputes
All billing disputes must be submitted in writing to services@bradoconsultingllc.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of the invoice issuance date. Disputes submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or adjustment. When submitting a billing dispute, please include the invoice number, the specific charges being disputed, and a detailed explanation of the basis for the dispute. We will acknowledge receipt of your dispute within five (5) business days and work to resolve the matter in a timely and fair manner.
6. Approved Refund Processing
When a refund is approved by BRADO CONSULTING, LLC following review and determination of eligibility, the refund will be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, and applicable processing timelines. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Non-Refundable Services
The following categories of services and fees are generally non-refundable:
- Completed consulting hours and advisory sessions that have been delivered
- Delivered financial analyses, reports, models, or strategic recommendations
- Onboarding fees and initial engagement setup costs
- Retainer fees for periods during which services were actively provided
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
- Rush or expedited service fees
- Fees for completed milestones as defined in the service agreement
8. Force Majeure
In the event that BRADO CONSULTING, LLC is unable to fulfill its service obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events, we will work with affected clients to determine an equitable resolution, which may include rescheduling, service credits, or partial refunds as appropriate under the circumstances.
9. Policy Changes
BRADO CONSULTING, LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your engagement will govern any refund requests related to that engagement. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
